GANIYU (JERRY) LADIPO
CEO and Senior Consultant of F A M E, Ltd. In these roles, Mr. Ladipo assumes the responsibility of all administrative and programmatic activities to warrant the satisfaction of all clients. F A M E, Ltd is further enhanced by Mr. Ladipo’s previous and present extensive affiliation with several prestigious organizations including, Leadership Atlanta, The Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, The Atlanta Business League, Atlanta Board of Realtors, Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and The Empire Board of Realist, NAREB- National Association of Real Estate Brokers, ULI, NACORE, NAHMA, ICSC and( NAA) National Apartment Association.
Mr. Ladipo has administered and consulted for more than 88 residential communities and commercial establishments since 1973 in Houston, Texas, Durham, North Carolina and in the Atlanta, Georgia area. The management of these properties required that our team be involved in ensuring that residents received the services and attention over and beyond what is considered to be the industry standard for management services. Furthermore, Mr. Ladipo is continuously involved in the training of managers and support staff to ensure the continued viability and profitability of our client’s projects.
With over forty-five years of experience, Mr. Ladipo has handled over 8,000 units, over 850,000 square feet of commercial space and has garnered among his various distinctions, the designation of Certified Real Estate Manager (CREM) by the Real Estate Management Brokers Institute. In addition, Mr. Ladipo was an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at Clark Atlanta University’s Real Estate Institute (REI).
Ephram N. Curry
Mr. Curry is an accomplished Real Estate Agent with a proven track record of successfully guiding buyers and sellers (of real property) through the acquisition and disposure of properties. Over the years, Mr. Curry successfully worked with a wide range of clientele with varied needs that range from personal residence properties to commercial investment properties.
Key to his success in real estate is a combination of a thorough knowledge of the market along with the ability to listen carefully to his clients' concerns and needs. These skills allow him to inform, educate, and advise his clients on current market activities and conditions, as well as, help them to make sound financing, negotiation, purchasing, list pricing, offer pricing, and offer/counter-offer acceptance decisions.
The second key factor is to successfully manage all aspects of the buying and selling process. Experience has taught him the best way to accomplish this goal is to:
- Establish and maintain a positive flow of communication with other agents, buyers and/or sellers, mortgage lenders, title personnel and attorneys, appraiser, home inspectors, and contractors involved in the buying and selling process.
- Accompany clients during all visits and property inspections where you can utilize experience to advise them on the terminology used, poor workmanship, possible defeats, challenges, etc.
